On the mend and keeping our fingers crossed
So today was our 4th consequtive day at the Dr's office, but we left in less than an hour, which is a record, we have been doing 3-5 hour stetches. SO the good news is Jeffrey is recovering from bronchial asthma resulting from a case of influenza, thats right the big flu, not the junior case we usually get. He hadnt had the flu shot b/c he has an egg allergy, not sur eif it would have protected him, but the last few days have been filled with a lot of worry and tons of energy. So we hope not to have any more shots or breathing treatments, but the Doc wasnt sure so we are going to observe him for the day and see how it goes. He has lost 2 #'s, or 10% of his weight so his energy is pretty lacking. A positive sign was he acutally ate without throwing up today, small meals, but I will take anything at this point and even better he was up to crawling around the tupperware cabinet this afternoon and is not currently attached to me, he has been just a tad bit clingy. So thanks for the concerns and well wishes and we hope to continue with improvements.
